Move In/Out and Deliveries

Moving, deliveries, and pick-ups must be scheduled through the Management office (619) 236-1044. So that the elevators can be padded and the floors covered.

Moving and deliveries are scheduled Monday through

Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm; Saturday 8:30am - 3:30pm. There are no moves or deliveries on Sundays or holidays.

Please make sure to call to make sure these times are available before you plan your move.

Unscheduled moves and/or deliveries are prohibited and will be stopped.

Amenities (Pool, Gym, BBQs, Courtyard)

The pool and fitness center are open from 5:30am until 11pm. FOBs will not allow access to the pool or gym area outside of these times.

Please remember that the pool gate or the gym door cannot be propped open.

Remember, at no time shall any one group monopolize the pool/spa/courtyard/bbq areas. Residents requesting permission for larger groups must contact the management office at least 5 (five) days prior to receive usage restrictions. A $150 refundable deposit will be required.

The Amenities are intended for the relaxation and enjoyment of Residents and guests. Please be considerate of others!

There can be no glass containers in any of the recreation areas with the exception of the barbecue nooks.

Pets are allowed only for the sole purpose of entering or leaving the property and must be kept on a leash. Do not allow pets to defecate or urinate in the Common Areas.

The following are not permitted in the pool and spa area at any time:

  • Glassware of any kind
  • Diving
  • Loud noise or music
  • Cut-offs
  • Floatation devices such as rafts, lounges, and tubes
  • Running, pushing or horseplay
  • Nudity
  • Lewd or indecent conduct

Important Things to Remember

Smoking is not permitted in any Common Area, including but not limited to: Courtyard, BBQs, Pool, Spa, Fitness Center.

Smoking is also not permitted on any Exclusive Use Common Area: including your own balcony and patio.

Insurance: All homeowners must carry a policy that covers their unit in case of damages, accidents, or mishaps. Any upgrades to the unit (floors, cabinets, etc) must be covered under the homeowner policy All tenants must carry renter’s insurance for the contents of the unit.

To get your name in the Directory call box outside the Beech Street and Union Street doors, contact the management office.

Pet Policy

No more than an aggregate of two (2) dogs and/or cats.

Pets must be kept inside your unit when unattended and may not be left on balconies, patios, or decks without supervision. Doors and windows should be closed when a Resident is not present to mitigate pet noise.

Please clean up after your pets! We know that accidents happen. If so please clean up promptly. This includes parking garages; elevators; lobbies; the courtyard; and your own balconies and patios.

Security

Be vigilant! Stay aware of your surroundings and report suspicious activity.

Do not grant access to the building and to people you don’t know.

Keep EVERYTHING out of site inside your vehicle! Ma ke sure your doors and windows are locked.

Be a good neighbor! Keep an eye out for suspicious activity or unknown people on your floor.

Flooring, construction, upgrades, etc.

Prior to the commencement of any addition, alteration or construction work of any type on any Residential Unit in La Vita, a Homeowner must first make application to the Board for approval of such work.

Contact the Management Office for details.
